WIBC Honor Band Clinic for select students at the Double Tree Hotel, Seattle

Tuesday, November 24th ~ Band Concert ~ 7:30 pm PAC
Symphonic Band & Chamber Orchestra Concert
Formal concert attire required for Symphonic Band members & percussionists.
Music department concerts are free and open to the public.

NO School ~ November 26th & 27th ~ Thanksgiving

Monday, November 30th @ 6:30 - 9pm ~ Band Room
Wednesday, December 2nd @ 6:30 - 9pm ~ Band Room
Dress warm to march outside!

Saturday, December 5th ~ Auburn's Santa Parade @ 4:30 pm
All three high school marching bands will participate as one big band in the
City of Auburn's annual Santa Parade @ 4:30 pm on Main Street.
Auburn's Marching Band members will meet in the band room at 3:00 pm.
Wear your Letterman's jacket or Band sweatshirt and a red & white Santa Hat.
No lights or garland on your hats please!
Band Parents will provide hot chocolate and cookies after the parade.

Tuesday, December 8th ~ All Bands Concert @ 7:30 pm ~ PAC
Winter Band Concert for Jazz Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble. 
Formal concert attire required.  All concerts are free and open to the public.

Wednesday, December 9th ~ Band Parents Meeting @ 7 pm - Band Room
Cascade Middle School Band Concert @ 7 pm ~ PAC

Monday, December 14th ~ Pep Band rehearsal for basketball games
6:30 - 9:00 pm in the Band Room ~ basketball game schedule TBA

Wednesday, December 16th ~ Holiday Music Concert @ 7:30 pm ~ PAC
The Auburn High School Music Department presents their Holiday Concert featuring the Choir and Symphony Orchestra including "wind players" from the band.  Plan to attend this festive holiday concert!  All concerts are free and open to the public!

NO School ~ December 21st ~ 31st ~ Christmas Break

Current student band accounts are posted in the band hallway at school. 
The following items have been deducted from your student's band account for marching band & guard members: marching band shirts, band camp fees, marching band trips, pep band shirts and guard items! 
Fundraised money in student band accounts can only be used for band required items, NOT for personal use, per the IRS ruling for non profit organizations. 

United Way & Boeing Employee contributions:
Please consider designating ABPA (Auburn Band Parents Association) when making your United Way or Boeing Employee contributions this year.
Band Parents receive quarterly checks from United Way and Boeing Employee Funds.  Funds received benefit all of the bands at Auburn not just marching band. 

Pep Band Shirts: 
All band students are required to purchase a Pep Band shirt from the Band Parents.  
Pep Band shirts are $11.00.  Students with money in their student band accounts may use it to pay for Pep Band shirts.  Everyone else must pay with either exact cash (no change available) or check payable to ABPA. 
DO NOT pay the AHS Bookkeeper for Pep Band shirts.

Parents & Students ~ Please do not plan family activities, social events or appointments on scheduled band activity dates.  The rest of the Band is counting on YOU to learn your part and participate in all band activities as scheduled. Dates, times and locations are furnished by the Auburn Band Parents Association ABPA to help you plan your schedule.  These dates are subject to change by the band director.
